Per 24/7Sports we offered him on Feb. 5th (NSD). He has 12 offers from FBS schools thus far...according to Rivals, he rushed for over 1,700 yds and 21 tds as a sophomore, and rushed for 3,042 yds in 248 attempts (12.3 ypc) and 45 tds as a junior....

we need him so bad, he could be the mike davis of next years class. Start soph year behind a bruising OL.

Re: 2015 - Johnny Frasier

Numbers like that make me think either: a) those are career stats or b) he plays against crappy competition.

Regardless, we gotta get him on campus to work out at the very least.

We won't get all of them, but if we're able to land 2 of Frasier, Williams, Williams, Scarlett, and Love, that would be a hell of a RB class.

Ty'Son and Dexter. We offered Dexter earlier this week, along with Miami and Florida.

In the class of 2014, there was an unprecedented amount of running back talent to go around. The final 247Sports rankings featured no less than six running backs in the five-star range. While those no-doubt names are more scarce in the class of 2015, the latest update features a name that has risen to the head of the pack. Johnny Frasier out of Princeton, N.C. is the new No. 1 running back in the country.

Frasier truly has the complete package. ‘Wow’ plays abound in Frasier’s film, showcasing speed, vision and the ability to break tackles. There is a big check mark in the production category as Frasier rushed for over 3,000 yards on 12 yards per carry as a junior along with 555 yards receiving on 22 yards per catch.

The only question mark for us with Frasier from an evaluation standpoint was level of competition. Those concerns are quelled when you consider that Frasier has a verified track time of 10.74 in the 100 meters (fast on any field) and a frame that blew 247Sports analysts away on in-person visits at his school (Ryan Bartow) and at Florida State’s junior day (Chris Nee).

With his new ranking, Frasier jumps up to No. 34 in the country overall.

Frasier is the type of running back that gets better as the game goes on. He is a one-cut back that gets down field in a hurry and, as a bigger back, he is very good in short-yardage situations. It is hard for defenders to get a good hit on Frasier and he easily runs through arm tackles. Frasier is closing in on naming a top five and two teams that look like they'll make that cut are Georgia and Florida State. - Adam Friedman, Rivals.com Mid-Atlantic Recruiting Analyst

Since some are saying we are trying to make a big push for him if we can get him on campus and that he is warming to us:

Bump.

I've been through Princeton many times driving from Raleigh to New Bern on Route 70. That is a small town for such a good RB to be from. No more than 1500 people. There's a Italian place there called Nick Bombino's or something that is quite good. Hope we get this guy.

Watched his highlights earlier today and I really liked what I saw. He has a good combination of size, speed, agility, and power. Looks to be a complete back. I really hope we can get him on campus and show him all USC have to offer.

Really good size and speed for a rising Sr HS RB. I think Scarlett is a little bit faster. It might have just been the jersey, but he reminded me of watching Meat Summers in HS. I'd be curious to compare Scarlett's and Frasier's SPARQ ratings.

Also, Frasier competes for Princeton at NC 1A ball, and Scarlett play for St Thomas Aquinas in FL 7A ball. So the quality of opponent Scarlett plays against is probably much better since the school sizes are much larger and have a bigger pool of athletes to select from.

Re: 2015 - Johnny Frasier

It does worry me sometimes about the different levels of play in high school.
Frasier is rated higher than Scarlett by 247 Sports.....but both very high 4* players.
