Where to purchase alcohol in mass quantities?

I am throwing a party with probably about 150 guests. I'm serving wine and beer. Any suggestions on good places in the Columbia/Lexington area to purchase large amounts of alcohol at a decent price? Looking at probably 8 cases of beer and 8 cases of wine, give or take. I was thinking Sams Club, but looking for other suggestions. Thanks in advance.

All I heard was that Cock Kool-Aid is throwing a party and the old boy GH has not received an invite.

I love BJs myself but have been married 15+ years so it has been a while.

Are your guests paying for the drinks you give them?

Both good options but we don't have either in Columbia. I'd say Greens.

Thanks for the suggestions. I was also thinking about total wine on Harbison. The guests will not be paying for the drinks... And as cost is an issue, I am not inviting cocky talkers haha sorry GH. No hard feelings.

Go to any Military base. No tax. And way cheaper! Find a friend that has a Military ID. I do this for all big party's and save a ton of money. Way better than Green's or any other location. I have done lots of price matching and it is not even close! Good luck and have fun! I go to FT Jackson.

That's smart (for liability reasons).

I was able to stock my own bar at my wedding. We chose Morganellis because they let us return anything not used and unopened. This included 10 cases of beer. They were the only place that let us do this.
