The official rule is yes. For smaller games, they may let you in without a ticket for him/her. For bigger games, you better get a ticket.

Re: Does My 2-Year-Old Need a Ticket

I have a 2 year old son whom I take to the games. Even though there is an official rule, arguing with the ticket people is like arguing with the police. Some ticket takers just wave him through, others have wanted a ticket.

I would just buy a really cheap bleacher seat ticket for him, since he's going to sit with me or walk around anyway.

Best practice is always to have a ticket in case you run into some kind of ticket nazi.

Being a ticket scanner/usher at the three major sport venues for USC. The likely answer is, yes, your 2-year old will need a ticket....A ticket for a child that small is standard operating procedure for a USC sporting event. Those rules can change if it is a non-sporting event at the CLA.

Re: Does My 2-Year-Old Need a Ticket

I'm sure everyone's 2 year olds are all extremely well behaved, but if I'm sitting next to you, I'm not real happy. I've seen countless times where 2 year old's couldn't stay quiet in a restaurant for 45 minutes much less 2.5 hours. Maybe there's a place where you can take him/her during the game several times so it won't interrupt others from watching the game. Good luck.
