What techinque are we talking here?

Start with eggs in room temp water, bring to boil, turn off heat and let sit for x amount of minutes?

Poached is my favorite about 8 mins. I think Alton Brown did an ep of Good Eats on it.

Either scrambled, in an omelette, or over easy, cooked a touch longer than normal, salted, peppered, and hot sauced.

Cocky0 has the right idea, but if I may add a little more to this. Go to Publix and buy some mountain bread, toast it up, and you have the perfect vessel to soak up the yolk.

I usually get mine over easy or poached when out. I like my whites cooked and my yolk runny. The 5 minute egg in that pic looks about right.
