So...they are not releasing a name so that they can contact the family...who obviously didn't give a s&$* for 6 years. I mean...the mail didn't pile up?

That is sad. Her family didn't hear from her for 6 years and never went any further.

that's what I don't understand. Even if you pay all your bills online you still get junkmail. That has to pile up
