My dad cooked whole hogs, and he made a vinegar-mustard-red & black pepper sauce that was to die for! Sadly, I don't know the exact recipe, but I can still taste it after 40+ years.

Don't hear much about Wise's BBQ on CT, but they have excellent mustard base Q. They are between Clinton and Newberry on 76, open only on Friday and Saturday.

Two things on bbq:
1- SC bbq is better than NC bbq 2- Vinegar based bbq is better than all others. |
