Lattimore's return. An article by cbs.

Just a good read on Marcus' return to football.

Some good quotes in there from Lattimore. Though the article reads like it was written by a 5th grader.

Love it...speaks to his unassuming dedication to team...Many pros would be speaking of overtaking the incumbent...Marcus speaks to helping remove the load so RB1 can be more productive the whole season.

No one deserves it more than Marcus. I can't wait...

I truly believe Marcus will end up earning that starting spot in SF. He won't get it as long as Gore is around...but, he only has a few more years to play.

This is Gore's last year on his contract, I have a feeling it's also his last year in SF.

Yes, I think so too. Definitely if Marcus shows the goods this year.

Can't wait to see him play but I no longer feel sorry for him. He's already earned nearly $700,000 and Lord knows he deserves every penny of it. What seems strange is that this year, with no signing bonus, his base salary is $420,000, up slightly over last year's $405,000 but still a substantial pay cut over last year. Am I looking at these numbers correctly? http://overthecap.com/player-cash.ph...=RB&Team=49ers What is the APY $616K figure at the top? Sure hope he stays healthy.

Lattimore is about to show the entire country who he is. If anyone has not heard of this amazing man yet, they are about to, come fall.

I look forward to their Sunday night game against the Bears in September.
