Anybody done P90X3?

I never did the original P90X since the workouts were so long. But the P90X3 is supposedly only 30 minutes.

Anyone tried it?

I just got it. I did the original, but just couldn't find the time to do it. The workouts are only 30 mins. If ya give me some time I will tell you how it all works.

I'm 4 weeks in on it. I did the first P90X last year. It is 30 minutes. Very, very short warm up. Very few breaks, if any. Its tough. You don't feel as worn down after the workout like the first one, but its just as tough during the workout. The only thing I don't like is that you have to pay extra if you want the ab ripper. I would recommend it, though. You can't beat it for 30 minutes a day.

Good info. Thanks.

Sounds like their answer to the Insanity T-25 that we've been doing at work.

Same company puts out both.

I will say this. If you did the first one and though that plyometrics was tough, just wait until you get to triometrics. My legs are like jelly during a rainstorm.
