Do not be misled on butter

I use real butter exclusively and have for years. I have no margarine in my fridge. Margarine is a molecule away from plastic.

If you want to make your meals taste their best, use the best ingredients.

I wonder which margarine company paid off the heart foundation. I bet I could find a hundred articles about how one is better than the other. The common sense approach is to use all natural ingredients.

There is nothing wrong with butter so long as you only use a little bit. Paula Deen uses 1-12 sticks of butter in her recipes. That is not so healthy.

Butter is far better than margarine. The whole sat fat as evil thing is being tossed.

Margarine is nasty - Butter all the way.

Just don't go overboard with it and it will be fine.

I don't add butter to any of my food unless it is strictly called for it in a recipe.

I know people who add it to everything they eat...AFTER the food has been prepared. Ugh...so gross.
