2014-15 Men's Schedule

Does anyone have info on games that have been added for next season?

Home against Clemson is a given. At Marshall is a given. The Charleston Classic is a given, although they haven't announced two of the participants yet.

Will we compete in the SEC/BIG12 challenge again, or will we sit out this year since the SEC has more teams?

The games known so far: vs Clemson, vs Baylor, the Charleston classic, a home in the sec/big12 challenge, and at Marshall

Hopefully our team next year can be as swift as a coursing river, with all the force of a great typhoon, with all the strength of a raging fire, and mysterious as the dark side of the moon.

Has it been stated definitely that Baylor was a home and home series? It was part of the ESPN tip off marathon, so that's not necessarily the case. We played at Mich. St. a few years back and it wasn't home and home.

Baylor is a home game.

I think the home game against Baylor is going to be the SEC-BIG12 challenge.

Baylor was a home-home espn just moved it to the 24 hour marathon. I wouldn't be surprise to see us draw Iowa State, Kansas State or Texas Tech

Ok state coming to the CLA for the sec/big 12 challenge. That gives us 3 great games at home already in baylor, clemson, and ok state

Well, would have preferred to play someone different this year, but can't be disappointed with Ok. St. The non-conference home schedule is shaping up to be pretty exciting.

I thought I read somewhere they were trying to get another ACC team on the schedule.

If we're playing an ACC team I'd like to see GT. I think that would be a competitive game and it could become a permanent opponent type deal

Nc State would be my choice.

Re: 2014-15 Men's Schedule

Something tells me it'll be Miami since they're in the Charleston Classic. It might be an "unbracketed" game like Akron coming here this past year. Use it as a loophole to get the 31st game on our schedule.

I would like to see "the other ACC team" on the schedule be Syracuse as long as it was home-n-home....that could be a great recruiting tool for FM!!!!

SEC Country ‏@SEC_Country_ 54m
Iowa State and South Carolina have both agreed to a neutral site game at Barclays Center in January of 2015

That's interesting. Makes me believe that we have another game scheduled up there at that time

It's going to be a tough out of conference schedule next year:

Baylor
Oklahoma State
Iowa State
Clemson
@Marshall
Charleston Classic

Haha, I was just thinking the same thing. It's exciting, but pushing scary at the same time.
