This is great! Didn't like the armpit comment; but it is what is is! Thanks HBC for changing our culture!

Dabo ranked 16th? Is this the national cheerleading rankings?

Dabo Swinney wouldn't be the 16th best weiner eater at a weiner-eating festival

I like HBC at #2, but any list that recognizes Dabo for anything other than being a class jerkoff is suspect

He cannot coach. Period

Let's analyze:

Quote:

Has (1)changed the dynamic of Clemson as the program that looked like it could – but never really did. The losing streak to South Carolina can’t overshadow the (2)results in the ACC and the last two years in big non-conference matchups: (3)victories over SEC heavyweights LSU and Georgia, and Big Ten heavyweight Ohio State. The program is stout, and (4)isn’t going anywhere.
(1) cliché, rhetoric - means nothing and is not related to coaching ability - suggests good PR
(2) Nothing to be proud of, a noncompetitive conference
(3) Those victories are impressive and would make them a mid-tier SEC team, nothing particular to brag about. Might be worth noting that OSU has an asterisk next to it
(4) actually an insult - suggests organizational stagnation, and is correct

An aside not talked about much is how Coach is creating a legacy and expectations for his successor. Sure hope our special teams and DL become solid positives this year. If that happens, watch out SEC!

I see nothing wrong with the "armpit" comment. The write clearly said once, mean not anymore. He was paying homage to Spurrier for bringing it so far.

I admit that I was one of the guys who thought Spurrier couldn't get it done here, but I'm so glad I was wrong. Looks like he's sticking around a little while longer too so the future is definitely bright!

I knew their would be some Dabo jabs, but you can't only agree with part of a list like this. Spur would have made my top 3. Even as a Gator/ Tater I don't agree with the armpit comment. SC had some bad cycles, but Vandy has been the undisputed armpit since SC joined the SEC (w/ Kentucky close behind).

I value Spurrier's building more than Saban's maintaining.
