Top selling jerseys- Draft Weekend

Not really shocked by number one.

Quote:

So many No. 2 Cleveland Browns jerseys with Johnny Manziel's name on them have been sold since he was drafted Thursday night that the rookie quarterback has the best-selling jersey on NFLShop.com since April 1, topping the likes of Russell Wilson, Peyton Manning and Colin Kaepernick.

Whenever he fails to live up to the hype. So far he has exceeded all hype that has been said about him. You may not like the way he acts but he backs up everything he does and more so on the field of play.

Man, those fans are really looking for a sports savior. I always thought they went a little overboard when Lebron left town, but now their fanaticism seems a bit more clear to me.

Sam at #2 and JC at #3.

Quote:

Michael Sam’s Rams jersey was the No. 2 seller among rookies on NFLShop.com. Sam became the first openly gay player to be drafted when St. Louis took him late in the seventh and final round Saturday.
The top seller was quarterback Johnny Manziel’s. In fact, more Johnny Football jerseys have been purchased since April 1 than those of any NFL veteran.
League spokesman Brian McCarthy says NFLShop.com sold nearly as many for Manziel from Thursday to Sunday as it did for Robert Griffin III, Andrew Luck and Tim Tebow combined during their respective draft weekends.
No. 1 overall pick Jadeveon Clowney had the third most popular rookie jersey, followed by the other two QBs taken in the first round: Teddy Bridgewater and Blake Bortles.

He's going to be a flop. Not because of Cleveland but because of who Johnny is.

He will make the team. Can you imagine the shit storm that would start if they cut him? It would be really bad PR for the Rams even if they did it for the right reasons.
