RV Newbie Has Questions

So, 2011 grad here. Me and 10+ alumnus are coming down for the UGA game. We have 2 hotel rooms at the beautiful Country Hearth Inn on Assembly and are renting a Cruise America Large RV ( http://www.cruiseamerica.com/rent/ou.../large_rv.aspx. ) Now, 2 or 4 of us were going to sleep in the RV Friday and saturday night and the others would sleep in the country hearth inn. we were gonna tailgate with the RV on Saturday.

So, questions.

1. Where should we park the RV? Fairgrounds is $200 for the weekend but wasn't sure if there was a better option.
2. Can we shower and use the bathroom on the RV without hookups? It has a generator and bathroom but I don't know the process yet.
3. Anybody in Fairgrounds willing to let us park next to them with a nice tv set up (not everybody is going in the game)? :football:

Any advice would be appreciated.

Yeah, I have been on that site. The cost is $200 for the weekend for Individual Game RV parking. I guess my other questions are harder for me to answer.

From that website:
  • 37-Gallon Fresh Water Tank
  • 6-Gallon Water Heater Tank
  • 24-Gallon Sewage Water Tank
  • 20-Gallon Grey Water Tank

So yes you can - to a limit - namely 20 gallons on the shower including anything that goes down the sinks, and 24 gallons on the black tank - that'd be the toilets. If you're not hooking up, you'll probably want to triple - make that quadruple check that your dump valves are closed...saw someone make a mistake like that once.

*edit: Oh yeah, that is assuming you fill the fresh water tank beforehand.*

PS - 24 gallons of sewage fills up fast on game day. Suggest you limit who you let use your bathroom.

200 bucks for a weekend in an rv is ludicrous. they have almost doubled their price at the fg in one year..ut has parking for$25 daily..now that is fan friendly.

And when hooking up the hose to your tanks and while dumping, make sure you have a dedicated "catch bucket" under the dump drain "just in case"...

Ask me how I know...
