Are we sure those aren't just the Miami rules from back in the 80's?

LOL, if they hadnt put this on ESPN yall would never know it was against the rules and would never know they werent doing it because they werent allowed, with the possible exception of the sack dance.

Seeing as I don't get all my sports news from the so-called World Wide Leader, you are incorrect.

Just sayin'.

Re: No Fun League Strikes Again

The NFL is just getting straight retarded. Yea it is annoying to see players celebrating after nearly every play but no need to ban celebrating. I just wish players would only celebrate after scoring or stopping a team on 3rd down. It's just funny to see a guy celebrate a sack on first down and then miss a tackle and give up a big gain the next play.

Eh, I'm not defending these rules, but it isn't any different than than the rules for college football, which we all presumably believe is plenty of fun. I don't think rules like this have any significant impact on my enjoyment.

What's the exact definition of "incredible Hulk?" Ripping your shirt off?

But beating your girlfriend/wife only gets you a 2-game suspension, right Roger?

Yeah they changed the rules on that last week, but only after he caught hell for his earlier decision.

Re: No Fun League Strikes Again

As long as I've watched pro football spiking the football has been the norm. Not new, not offensive, not disrespectful. Banning that means the NFL has officially jumped the shark.

Re: No Fun League Strikes Again

college football has pretty similar rules.

You can't high step into the endzone/dive into the endzone and if you do they will take the touchdown away.

You call it the No Fun League but that hasn't hurt their TV Ratings the past couple years.

So if Victor Cruz catches a oass for a TD he will not be able to dance? What about someone pointing to the fans?
Who is to say exactly what an "incredible Hulk" move is?

The "Leap" has been created by one of the "standard beraers" of the NFL, no way would the League attack it. On the other hand, the "Mile High Salute" was created by a former dreadful AFL organization! "Death to the AFL!!"
