Re: Does South Carolina still have the most loyal fans?

Hmm, and with my "yes" vote it's 47 yes, 47 no votes.

Re: What fish do you eat

Tilapia, panko breaded and fried. Or salmon pan seared with garlic and butter.

Re: 2015 Commitment - Lorenzo Nunez

Here are some comments from local papers about his play so far this season:

September 6 loss

Can't tell what they did on that final drive it refers to.

September 13 win

Some comments...

Re: 2015 Commitment - Lorenzo Nunez

Maybe it's better to say he has room for improvement? Here's a comment form a May article ranking the top QBs from Rivals' camp series (16 different competitions across the country). Nunez came in...

Re: Connor Mitch

Now that I can say for sure is just not true. Factually, it's impossible for that to be true. Bill O'Brien was the coach at Penn State last year when Hackenberg was a freshman. This is O'Brien's...

Re: QB Recruiting Strategy

Separate question here: we're currently looking at McIlwain and pretty much just McIlwain for the 2016 QB group. Given what is starting to look like some concern over proven depth, who here would...

Re: QB Recruiting Strategy

My personal theory is that we do actually have a scheme (Spurrier's offense) and it's for a pocket passer to run. However, Garcia and then Shaw were good runners and the rise of the zone read in...

Re: Discussion: 2015 Recruiting Impressions

In the 2015 class? Mitch Hyatt was probably the only 5-star we were in any sort of serious contention for, and he committed to Clemson ages ago. Minkah Fitzpatrick talked about us for awhile, but...

Re: Connor Mitch

You know, I'll admit my memory could be faulty here, but I do not think that's true. As I recall we were recruiting Hackenberg but he chose Penn State. In that same class we were also recruiting...

Re: Carolina offers multi year scholorships

The part of the plan about bringing athletes who left in good standing back to finish their degrees is pretty cool too.

Over 2 months since there was any update here so....

Re: ESPN reporter adding to the BS

Even if that article was intended to be satirical, I'm sure it didn't come across that way. Andrea Adelson is probably ESPN's worst writer / "analyst."

Re: Tony Stewart kills Kevin ward jr

I do not follow NASCAR and can't claim to have followed the Tony Stewart legal proceedings to this point closely. However, your indignation about him being suspended prompted me to respond.

Re: One Hit Wonder Tournament - Round One: (TAINTED LOVE vs LOVING YOU)

Always weird thinking of Minnie Ripperton as Maya Rudolph's mom.

She's got a great voice, but that song is a little annoying and Tainted Love is just a really well done pop song.

Re: Tired of Sandstorm?

If you go read the recruits comments from Rivals and 247, you'll see that about 1 in 4 recruits at the game explicitly mention Sandstorm as a highlight of the visit. Change nothing about Sandstorm...

Re: D.C. or MARVEL Comic Books

Those are all good ones. You'd probably enjoy the X-Men book "God Loves, Man Kills." Easily my favorite x-title.

On the DC side, I'll add that The Sandman (albeit through Vertigo) deserves major...

Re: Music battle: Tracks Of My Tears vs Dock Of the Bay

Tough. Amazing songs, but I like Otis's voice a little more than Smokey's and Dock of the Bay always gets me to relax, so that'd be the pick for me.

That certainly happens, but without that dynamic, you don't get this:

Re: D.C. or MARVEL Comic Books

Marvel for me and it's not close (Batman of course being given his due).

Mostly I read the X-Men books. My first comic was part of the X-Cutioners Song story arc and I was hooked from there.
