Toyota simply because the repair/upkeep is so much cheaper. Most bmws take 7qts of synthetic oil and that means close to a $100 oil change every 3-5,000 miles.

I had the same injury happen multiple times playing football in hs and after the first couple of days it's not bad and returns to normal fairly quickly.
