Re: If Muschamp goes to the Spread,

Malzahn's offense is a power spread. They use h-backs and tight ends a lot. They use unbalanced lines. They run the "power o" run concept, the buck sweep concept (both guards pull), etc. Option runs,...

Re: What type of defense does Muschamp run?

The coaches were the problem, not the 4-2-5. The 4-2-5 is in fact a great defense. Just like all other defensive schemes, you have to know how to run it.

Re: Poor coaching in the Clemson game

Outside receivers dont run bubble screens. Inside receivers run bubble screens.

The bubble screen is a play that runs from inside to outside.

Are you telling me that samuel cant run a bubble...

Re: Tennessee Defense

I thought UT had moved past the cheating of the phil fulmer era but maybe not...I think phil fulmer ran one of the sleeziest programs college football has ever seen. Cheap shots, recruiting,...

Re: SC Football Unis rated among 25 ugliest

What was wrong with the uniforms we wore in 2005 and 2006?

The garnet jersey and white pants combo was the best overall to me.

The white jersey and garnet pants combo was almost as good as the...

Re: Sandstorm Accordian Style

That's friggin awesome!!!

Nice find!

We should find a way to incorporate that at the games, maybe play it once or twice a game during timeouts.

Re: Clemson defense tonight: WOW

IDTS. Their defense appears to be fundamentally and schematically sound. Our defense on the other hand, has been fundamentally and schematically unsound for years. The fact that it was fundamentally...

Re: Marcus Mariota

Yeah, but you also have to take into account how well the offense executes.

In South Carolina's case, sure, we play a more difficult schedule overall than Oregon, and we also face better defenses...

Re: THE Vent and Coaching Change Discussion Thread

Either right now or after the Vanderbilt game in 2007.

Probably right now, though.

In 2007, at least there was potential hope for the future. 6.75 seasons later, we have seen Spurrier's body...
