Carpets cleaned today so just waiting for dark to fall so I can check with the black light. Lowe's has a flooring sale going on so if it fails the black light test, guess I'm calling them.

If nothing else, I may ask Empire Today to reinstall the carpet since they're inexpensive. I plan on putting hardwoods in at some point so I don't need the most badass carpet.
