Actually there are quite a few.
I run about 10-12 miles a week and I find it very boring. But I do it because it's a cheap way to help keep the pounds off as I've gotten older. I have found that signing up for a race or setting a goal for the near future helps me get out and actually do it. Good luck Lant.
