Be Absolutely Honest
Please feel free to replay here if you'd like. Not judging anyone, just
* You go into a Restaurant for lunch. The waiter / waitress brings you
the check when you're finished, you leave a tip and walk to the front
to pay. In your wallet you have a $20 Bill and a $10 Bill. ... the check is
for (say) $8.12
You pull out the $10 bill and as you are talking to someone in the line
behind you, the cashier gives you the change and you walk out the door
putting the change back into your wallet as you go. .... You realize well
outside the Restaurant that the cashier gave you change for a $20, so
you look inside your wallet to make sure that you didn't give here Twenty.
Nope, you still have the $20, and now you have a $10 bill and a $1.
Do you do the "ah, oh well, their mistake" and keep going OR
do you go back inside and let them know of the mistake and give
them the $10 ?
