Offensive gameplan for UNC?
Since the last scrimmage had Spurrier complaining about the pass blocking, do you folks think the gameplan for the offense against UNC will be really run-heavy?
In spite of what was apparently a poor performance by the OL in pass protection, the running backs managed to gain good yardage in the scrimmage. In fact, the running game has worked pretty well in both scrimmages. And since UNC uses an offense that is predicated on speed that is meant to wear out the defense, I believe running the ball more should be expected to help rest the defense, if necessary.
