I would keep Quarles in the middle no matter way. He's big and strong, so he'll be able to hold the middle of the line down while those guys are closing it around the QB.
I would English or one of our others as the other DT and then our back up DE's in the DE position. THEN have Clowney and Sutton both standing on the end of that ... it'd basically be a nickel with Clowney and Sutton being LBs blitzing from the outside.
