At this extremely early point in the season, Bridgewater is the only one of the two you mentioned that might be more deserving of love for the Heisman than Davis. What I'm saying is Davis has really outperformed Gurley, and with fewer opportunities.
Gurley's statistics after two games - rushing: 42 carries, 288 yards; 6.9 YPC and 3 TDs. receiving: 2 receptions, 9 yards; 4.5 average and one TD
Davis's statistics after two games - rushing: 28 carries, 264 yards; 9.4 YPC and 2 TDs. receiving: 4 receptions, 49 yards; 12.25 average
Am I trying to take anything away from Gurley? Absolutely not, because he's a tremendous talent, but based on your post, one would think Gurley has not only outperformed Davis, but the numbers aren't even close, and that's simply not true, at least at this point of the season, which, as I said, is extremely early.
