Mine probably wont work for this afternoon, but when you have some time... Garlic, Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, Oregano, and a touch of Olive Oil. Mix in with the meat, let it sit over night, hand patty.
Many times I will actually do ground lamb with this if I can make it to the International Market. This makes fantastic Greek Style burger that will knock your socks off. I also use tzateki sauce as my only condiment on this burger. A little Onion and Tomato on a deli style bun. You've got yourself a winner.
This is a recipe I made myself as a knock off to the homemade Souvlaki sandwiches I make.
