We usually try to catch them on sale at Bilo, Food Lion, etc. for $5-$6 a lb. Two or three lbs. per person will be Plenty! (ie AYCE) Easy to steam: beer and water throw in some Old Bay. Rinse frozen legs and steam about 4 minutes, if you cook too long they won't come out easy. Garlic toast and a salad, hard to beat. Lots cheaper than $30 they usually charge at restaurant.
