We overcame a bunch of injuries and beat a top 25 team (I know they aren't there quite yet but will be) on the road. We lost 2 commits but they are a package deal so far and stuff happens. I'm thrilled we are getting these guys to consider us from out of state. It used to be we only got 4 and 5 stars if they were instate. And we can still get them. My goodness see the glass 3/4 full instead of 1/4 empty.
Seriously? I made an honest and realistic attempt to explain why some of us around here aren't pumping magnificent sunshine and did so by providing a chronology of events that some around here may have found disheartening. I'm not "whining", but you're flaming. And it's totally uncalled for. Was there some specific element of what I posted that you take such umbrage w/? The notion that I would (GASP) desire to see the team compete for a Conference and National Title? That's a BAD thing? Or do you just want to take all of your negative-poster-anger out on me? Do you want to see the team compete for Conference and National Titles, yes or no?
And no. We did not "beat a Top 25 team on the road". Sorry. They are good. They are not in the Top 25 (as you pointed out in the very next sentence) so to classify them as such is sunshine pumping of the most absurd level.
