UGA and UF already have 1 loss each to Clemson/Miami, so Carolina could theoretically play for the East against Clemson in November.
Only SEC games count. UGAs loss to Clemson means nothing as does UFs loss to Miami. They would both need to lose a SEC game and be ranked lower than we are for USC to make it to the SECC game.
