That was my point and that is what Spurrier has said in the past about his staff. We have had good to great coaches for years, but SOS seemed to go out of his way for years to say that they enjoyed working together and how important that cohesiveness is to be successful.
I hope I am wrong about that 3m. However, do you actually believe what SOS says in public, to the media all the time?
Well, considering most of the guys on our defensive staff have coached together at previous places other than SC, I'd say they're comfortable coaching with each other, and probably enjoy it.
Do you expect the coaches to appear like they enjoy it when the players are not playing their schemes?
