Defensive performance: better Carolina play or more bad Arky play?
There were a lot of positives in the game Saturday - very happy with the performance on both sides of the ball and special teams. That being said...
Was the defensive performance more the product of guys being lined up in the right position, executing the plays, making tackles/plays, etc. Or was this more of a false-positive in that Arkansas ran a vanilla offense and made some errors on their own (fumbles are equally caused by the defense, so more referring to missing an open guy on a fake punt, dropped passes, etc.).
This isn't intended to be a negative retrospect on a great game, but trying to see what others thoughts are on if the D really made a statement/turned a corner or just played well against an average opponent.
