That's a great question!
I think he has a keen mind for numbers and uses them all the time. I'm sure he'll try to get Shaw some records while he is here as a reward if he can, but not put a game in jeopardy.
I think he has statistical milestones in his head all the time about records, players, and games. Just this week he mentioned that he has coached at UT 14 times.
When he was at UF he bragged about scoring a TD late at UGA because no one had ever scored 50 at home against them. He knew that going in I'm sure.
I think he'll do whatever he can to reward Shaw and other players he feels are deserving within the context of winning.
