I didn't say it wasn't his fault...but by how it is framed, after an administration says, "You have done everything, passed all our tests, you are good," it means there won't be anymore tests.
Unfortunately for Garcia, they didn't say that so they could test him again.
I do wish he would come back to Columbia for a game...I think the majority of fans would welcome him back with open arms.
