I'm glad to see this might happen. I've been a fan of college football since 2005, and always saw teams like Boise St, Hawaii, and TCU go undefeated, and not have a shot at the NCG. At first I was mad, but after seeing how UGA handled Hawaii, it made sense. I think all 10 conferences can play bowl games against each other, but both divisions should have their own playoffs.
