Player A must be better than player B because A is going to ALA and B is going to NCST. Take a look at the kids who moved up and then look at their committed school. All you need to know.
Actually these last rankings reflect how players practiced & played in their respective all-star games or bowl games (Under Armor/Shrine Bowl/etc). Some players will make huge jumps based on how they perform against top notch competition, also if some underperform they will fall.
