That is going to be interesting at the high school level. The targeting penalty isn't ejection correct? It appears just to be 15 yards and an automatic 1st down. I've seen some very bad officiating at HS games and this will be a headache since it is so hard to call correctly.

I guess the new kicking rule is going to make for some new onside kick strategies since you can't pile everyone on the same side.
