I've been loosely following Gary Collins nutritional advice based on his Primal Power Method
. I say loosely because I am not on any particular exercise program, but I get plenty of that working around my place anyway. For example, splitting wood with an awl is a good workout, and it is productive since we use wood to heat our place.
I don't know how much weight I have lost because I haven't weighed myself since I started. I have had to change my belt because I ran out of holes, and now I am down to the third notch on the new one.
This is a paleo style diet. The surprising thing is that I haven't really missed the pasta and bread since I started it. Bacon is good.
