So I've been lifting weights pretty heavily for about 6 months now and the last few weeks I've been taking a pre-workout. When the preworkout runs out I'm wanting to do some kind of detox diet to cleanse my system and start fresh and change some of my eating habits. Sugars in particular are something I struggle with, and this one is supposed to be designed to help break sugar addiction.
Just curious to know if anyone else has tried this exact diet or others and what your experiences are. I know I can't just go back to my old habits and expect to maintain any weight lost, I'm just looking for something as a kick start and to help me break some of my willpower/self control/bad habit type issues.
