ESPN is partners with the SEC and is running the SECN. So, ESPN can put a SEC game on it just like ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, etc. CBS gets first pick, but no longer has the exclusive right to their time window. Third tier games that were owned by the schools are now owned by ESPN to be broadcast.
as far as the rest, I don't know.
