Woooooooooooo Hooooooooooooo Publix has the Florida Sweet Corn in now. If any of you are unfamiliar, whatever supplier it is that Publix uses in Florida has the best variety of sweet corn (one of my favorite seasonal things). Generally I leave it in the husk & just throw it directly on an oven rack & bake for 30 minutes at 350. No muss no fuss & perfect corn every time.
Anybody else love sweet corn with a passion?
