    For me it's bone in ribeye, 1.5-2" thick, medium rare, and yes I will gnaw the meat from the bone when I am close to the end. I give less than a damn at all the hoity toity folks who give me strange looks. Served with a fine ale and some manner of potato, and we have a man's meal.

    (BTW I prefer medium, but I order medium rare, because most steak joints over cook the meat just a tad.)

    I can eat a "Bone-In or Bone Out Ribeye" as long as it is cut right and has the right amount of marble in it. I can occasionally eat a nice thick filet. I prefer mine "seared on both sides" and medium. I can go medium rare if pushed with having to grill several at a cookout or party.
