My vote is The Peddler in downtown Spartanburg. The cutter comes out with a slab of cow and a knife and says "I'll start at 1.5 inches due to the fraying of smaller pieces and move upwards. Tell me when."

Fantastic steak.

A steak house in Tennessee. They brought the steaks out on cutting boards. The man started at the end and you would tell him to stop and where you said stop, is where he would cut the steak. They were amazing, It literally melted in your mouth. 12 outta 10!!

Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa is a great steak experience: meat is aged in house and hand cut to order at your table and they keep your beer in a frozen pewter sleeve on the table so it stays cold.
But the best tasting steak I have had is at Ruth's Chris. A very good steak served on a sizzling platter with just a touch of melted butter. mmmmmmm

This is the correct answer...Cattleman's is the best steak I have ever had...they ladle over au jue right before they bring it to your plate...damn good homemade salad dressing that is a creamy,ranch bacon something awesome. Doe's on Dickson Street in Fayetteville is pretty good but not Cattleman's good.

The best quality cut I have ever had is the 22 oz bone-in Cowboy Ribeye from Ruth's Chris. I just wish they did more to their steaks aside from an optional Oscar or Bleu cheese crust. The best all around steak preparation was from a Steakhouse in Ny called Bond 45. It was a filet mignon with mozz cheese, shitake mushrooms and a red wine reduction. Absolutely delicious

The Big Sky Ribeye at the Gun Barrel in Jackson, Wyoming or a cajun seasoned ribeye at Morton's in Uptown Charlotte.

Had both this year...been a good year for steak!
