Had both of these growing up. Liked the baseball game better than the football one. I used to go through tons of batteries when we would take road trips.

Ah, the 80s. Cassettes and VCR tapes stuck in the players, using q-tips and alcohol to get Nintendo games to work, and Pac-man, Pole Position, and Ghosts 'n Goblins at the local Hot Spot convience store!

We have a working pinball machine from the early 70's late 60's, a mac in monochrome (with little bomb), sega genesis with games(early mid 80's) , gameboy, and a cassette player in our 2000 Saturn. My son had the cd player taken out and a cassette player installed due to satellite radio. You would put the blank cassette into the player and the radio would then come thru the car speakers.

Anyone remember 'pop-ups' on computers??

Technology sure has advanced quickly!

Also had these. Played the Trivial Pursuit one a good bit too...always tried to beat my dad's score. Didn't play dominos or yahtzee that much. I would give yahtzee to my sister since she liked that one.

This is a 2002 remake of the original 1978 game - but it looks the same. I still have the original and it still works. And I can still school my older brother in it.

This thread is like a walk down memory lane.

I remember River Raid. I don't have a screen shot of that game but I thought it was pretty cool.

What was that football game that two people could play? It was hand held and one person was on defense, the other on offense and you switched ends??? Damn you feeble memory....Someone help me out...
