pre-ordered mine a while ago at the Gamestop in greer, saw a sign sayin' it will come out between 9 pm and 12 midnight monday night?

I'm confused?

I know they are doin a midnight launch? or is that when they want people to start gathering for it? cuz forget that...

Usually at the midnight launches, they say to come between 10 and 12, I think most of them close at 9 or 10, so they encourage people who are coming to the midnight launch to come before midnight if you haven't already completely paid for the game, so when midnight hits everyone is only going in, signing a receipt and getting the game, instead of bogging down the flow by having to pay then etc...but for the midnight launches I've gone to before, I usually pay it off at least a day ahead of time and then just show up and get in line at like 11:30. Madden 2 years ago I had no intentions of going to the midnight launch but I happened to be driving by and saw a line so just stop in lol

Alot of people have it, modded xbox and pirate the game. Some are being banned and they are gonna reset the leaderboards so it really does them no good.

yeah, it definitely sucks.

oh well, i just hope the game is solid. i think it will be......really, my only fear is that with this being the same engine that people have been playing for the past 2 years, that a larger & larger portion of players that never left the game will have a leg up on those of us that left to play other games. i've always been good at FPS's.....over a 2.0K/D in everything i play. but there are people that are basically CoD players now...i don't mind playing tougher competition, but i'm not gonna play a game where i get my head handed to me every time out.

IOW, if i'm going 5-22 every time i load up the game, i'm gonna find something else to do.

we'll see.

360 version has been on the net for 2 weeks. PC version wont be pirated till after release due to STEAM

Where you getting it? And do you have it pre-ordered? You'll probably be able to walk into your local wal-mart at 12:01 and get it if you wanted, but I'm playing it safe and getting to Gamestop between 1130 and 12 to wait in line for my pre-order...
