TE Josh McNeil of Durham, NC revealed on his Twitter page last night his top two schools currently are Georgia and Alabama. Clemson and USC are among the other schools he had on his top ten list. McNeil is in Atlanta this weekend for a combine.

Pendleton DL Michael Hill wrapped up his two day unofficial visit to USC Thursday. Hill will visit Clemson early next week and then he'll cut his list to a final two or three. The other schools he's considering are Ohio State, Georgia Tech, LSU, Tennessee, Alabama and Florida.

DE Lewis Neal of Wilson, NC will camp at LSU Friday. USC and Clemson have been high up on his list and he's visited both. He's also been to Tennessee, East Carolina and Ohio State. He also has offers from North Carollina, Vanderbilt, Purdue and Wake Forest.

DE Jordan Sherit (6-4 245) of Tampa has 35 offers that include Clemson, USC, Miami, Florida, Auburn, Georgia Tech, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, Oregon, Mississippi State, Stanford, NC State, Maryland and South Florida. With the recent commitments at Clemson, Sherit has a growing interest in the Tigers. "They have really come on strong of late," Sherit said. "They've been getting commitments from some of the best linemen in the country. To be a part of the best defensive line class this year is definitely appealing. I don't know how many they plan to take in this class, but it would be great." G.A. Mangus was one of the first coaches he met in the recruiting process but the Gamecocks have not contacted Sherit recently. He has visited Vandy, Florida and South Florida this summer and hopes to see Clemson in July. "A group of guys from the Tampa area are going to visit some schools together and they mentioned Clemson," he said. "It would be really cool if I got to go there. We're just going to get out and see some places but I'm not really sure where we're going yet." As a junior he totaled 110 tackles, 14 sacks and five forced fumbles. He also caught five touchdown passes as a tight end. Stanford offered him a the tight end position with Maryland and NC State offering him on both sides of the ball. He does not have any favorites.

DL Scott Pagano of Honolulu has 52 offers overall and plans to narrow his list to 15 Sunday. Visiting schools is not easy for Pagano due to distance but he plans to visit USC and Clemson in July. "I'm going to LSU, Florida, Florida State, Alabama, Clemson and South Carolina if things work out," he said. He is showing interest in the Tigers and Gamecocks. "I've got family in South Carolina so that could work out real well," Pagano said. "They're both really good programs. I want to play in a power conference and Clemson is in the ACC and South Carolina is in the SEC." Though he has not announced his top 15, he did say his top two are LSU and Florida adding, "They're my two favorites right now but a lot could change over the next seven months. They both play in the SEC and that;s my number one conference." Pagano heads to Georgia Thursday for the Rivals Five Star 100 Challenge. He will not visit any schools during the trip.

OL Tyrone Crowder of Hamlet, NC will attend a camp at Auburn this summer before he wraps up his summer visits his coach said Wednesday. Crowder has been to camps at Clemson, USC, Alabama, North Carolina and Duke. "He has not narrowed things down," Coach Paul Hoggard said. "He'll go to Signing Day." Coach Hoggard expects Crowder to take all of his official visits before making his decision.

DE Isaac McDonald of Hialeah, FL has added Arkansas to his final list. The Razorbacks join USC, Ole Miss, West Virginia and Oregon in his final five which he said has no particular order. McDonald said he will take his five visits to those schools.

WR Jonathan Howard of Rochelle, GA has not been to any camps this summer but probably will go to one at Alabama in July. His short list is Clemson, Alabama, Kentucky, NC State and Mississippi State with the Tigers out front. "When I went up there, I felt like I was at home," Howard said. "Everybody seemed so nice. I talked to Coach Caldwell last week. He's still very interested. Clemson has been recruiting me the hardest." Howard does want to see some other schools and does not have a commitment date in mind.

Rodgers is arguably the strongest player in the country and when he gets on you, it's over. He has surprisingly light feet for a massive lineman, he reads and reacts very well, never guesses and always seems to be in great position. If you take even a slightly bad angle and get into his body at all, he will put you on the ground or stand you up. Against Brown he will also be hyper focused and motivated since he lost that big final rep to him in Baltimore. That weighs on Rodgers' mind, he's quick to find tendencies, and you can bet he's gone over his matchup with Brown in his head many times.

Green, who is ranked as the nation's No. 1 overall running back and No. 12 overall prospect, has a great mix of speed and size. The 6-foot, 215-pound is extremely physically impressive with a strong base and solid build up to his shoulders. He has a college-ready body for the backfield. His physical prowess is backed up by his explosiveness with the ball. The running back has a time of 4.37 seconds in the 40-yard dash and 4.08 seconds in the shuttle. He displays both great straight-line speed and the ability to use wiggle and change of direction with great acceleration to make defenders miss. He is also willing to take on defenders, breaking arm tackles and bouncing off for additional yards. In addition to his ability to tote the rock, Green has demonstrated that he is a capable receiver out of the backfield and not scared to drop his shoulder and take on an incoming defender in pass protect.
