thats a slippery slope... do we start to assume all victims of sexual assualt male or female is not telling the truth?... leave it to the authorites they will investigate and the truth which ever way it will go will come out

Kenny is one of my good friends. I'm hoping this isn't true. Gentle giant is the best term I've heard to describe him yet. He's been such a good friend to me and I hope the best for him.

In the great state of SC if me and my girl friend get into an arguement and she gets mad enough and calls the cops and tells them i hit her... i go to jail. same with rape so yea... when a woman says rape, he hit me then the cops act on it and arrest the person THEN and THERE. There are always special circumstances but to say that it isnt true is crazy. Stop? its the truth especially in SC. Its actually the law that if two people get into a physical altercation then one of the people has to be taken into custody for domestic violence. same applies to rape. i underdstand you have a friend who is on the other side of the fence but that rarely happens. I never said she lied to you. lmao. but in this circumstance especially with rape... its guilty until proved innocent. guys rape women... its horrible... but sometimes it doesnt happen and the woman says she was raped to avoid being embarrased... or wants attention... or in some situations has no reason and is just crazy

and you also didnt read the rest of the story where a friend of mine was on the receiving end of someone claiming false allegations. ruined his life to this day... thus the reason i said that. its how our law works... they side on the side with women then and there

Sounds kind of skeptical, just sayin. A drunk passed out girl recognized his voice? If she went to police and the hospital, they would have done a rape kit. This one needs to be played out in court.

Possibly the single most ignorant post I've seen on this board in quite some time. You seriously think that if someone is accused of rape the police just automatically arrest said suspect?
