I have the old Droid X, and yesterday, I had to reformat my memory card, but that isnt the problem. For some reason, after i did that, my menu key stopped working. Anyone have any suggestions on fixing it before I take the leap and go to Verizon? Its driving me freakin nuts.

Do a hard reset to factory default and update from there.

Yes, you need too save all of that. Verizon gives you a program to save everything. Might be best to just call them and let them do it for you. Marie has had it done several times.
