I think Spain wins but is going to be a great game!

Not a big soccer fan but I also think it will be a good game.

On a side note, does anyone know if ESPN televises European soccer matches in the champions league or premier leagues or similar leagues? I've liked watching the few euro matches I've seen over the past few weeks and id like to see more.

Yes. I wanna say saturday Mornings during the Premiership season and the big champions leagues games are around this time during the weekdays.

^ ESPN broadcasts EPL and champions league (and I think they've shown a handful of Spanish League games) on Saturday mornings and then random weekdays in btw 2 and 4pm.

As far as Euro Final I'm hoping for an exciting match but not counting on it the way Spain plays keep away and Italy tends to pack it in on defense. I said this after the Spain-Portugal match, but I wish Spain would leave Xavi on the bench and play with the quick and relentless attacking style they showed in extra time.

They normally only show one game a week. Sometimes two (Saturday morning then Monday/Tuesday afternoon). Last year at least, they didn't have rights to the Champions League games, so all of those were shown on Fox Soccer. Unfortunately, I read something the other day about ESPN losing the bid for future EPL games and Champs League, so they won't be able to show them in the next couple years either.

They usually have a decent number of La Liga and Serie A games available on ESPN3 though.

For this game, I'm gonna go bold and say that Italy wins 2-1. Spain playing without a striker is gonna come back to bite them. Goal by Balotelli another goal by some random Italian player. Late goal by Fabs to bring it 2-1, and Del Bosque puts in a striker too late. You heard it here first.

Does Puyol not play anymore? Is he just hurt and out right now, or will he not be back for their next World Cup team? He's probably my favorite player to watch.

Puyol is injured and getting old, Ramos is taking care of that spot.

As far as the game, f... it was like watching varsity vs jv, this Spanish team may be the greatest in the history of soccer, they may be stronger than the Barcelona of Messi or the Brazil of Pele.

Im speechless, kinda feel sorry for the Italians, Spain is too effing good.

The German coach really f.. it up, it will have been a much more intense game if they were there.

Anyway, congratulations to Spain, a great Champion.

Yeah ESPN shows a little soccer, but most people has fox soccer channel which is where all the action is at.

At home, my mom has the "latino" package and we have about 4 soccer channels in there.
