Well if FLorida were to pull their scholarships they would have no say as to where they play. The only time they can dictate is if the players ask for a release.

With the new numbers rules, it does play a factor. A non-qualifier still counts towards the 25-man limit when it comes to Early Enrolling and back counting. For a stud athlete schools will take that chance, though.

But I will say this and take it with a grain of salt, but a "suprise" commitment may be coming soon from highly regarded prospect, Brendan Langley. Coaches are chattering about him and he will be on campus this weekend and plans on committing the 25th. Just keep those eyes out and say you heard it hear first.

I will give you my opinion, I think the UF coaches realized some stuff about phillips as far as personal issues go. I think if they really wanted him then the coaches would of lobbied and got him in. This is what you will see happen with Bullard. No way you will see a good kid like bullard who is also a 5 star talent, not get in.
