First, we are killing it in the Greenville area for baseball recruiting. I got the opportunity to cover this kid when Wade Hampton played Walhalla in the playoffs this past season. His line for the game: 2-4,1B, HR, R, 3 RBI and 2 putouts on defense. The kid is very fast, can cover ground, and has very good bat speed. Also, he is a very heady player...he was calling out defensive shifts for the infield from centerfield.
