I've been around a long time and DJ is one of my favorite Gamecocks ever. Has been since his Soph. year. As his mother said, that kid is an absolute warrior to the core.

Semi-strange personal side note: No one in America looks better in a football uniform than DJ Swearinger.

Herbstreet has an "All Uniform Team" of guys who look the best in full gear. Pretty sure that Lattimore was the RB for that team last year.

his aunt works for my college roommates family and is EXTREMELY avid about DJ and her excitement alone makes me believe in this kid. It is all she talks about, as I am sure the case is with any D1 athlete, but she is so sweet and an incredible human being that speaks well about her nephew's character and upbringing....CANNOT wait to see DJ in full force this
season
