Devonte Holloman (Clem) Swearinger (Tenn) Mike Davis (Fla) and Chaz Sutton (Fla) are the only ones I know of from our current lineup.

Sutton was dropped from Florida because he couldn't make the grade. I don't think that counts as a flip.

Mike Davis decommitted if I am thinking correctly.

Matthews wasn't committed anywhere to my knowledge. He committed to Spurrier after the Auburn game in 2006 after Spurrier told him we were one player away from winning.

This list will be growing as we progress as a hotbed of talent, talent breeds talent..The more specialty standouts we have ex...DB U and soon to be called RB U and other statements by recruits such as this will be common place, and if you are a talented player you would want to play in such a program (it gives you more coverage).. Look at the traditional big schools (recruiting and recognition wise) they have, get, lose big names all of the time.

HBC Spurrier can't recruit used to be a common saying amongst some of the jungle experts of today's loud mouth sport analysts brethren.

But with Cha-Cha, one player left to become a winning program, etc. count me in with those who respects and trust our HBC as a savvy and successful recruiter. He has successfully locked down the state and gets to pick quality players from neighboring states. Go HBC-Cocks keep on realoading!

I don't know if Gilmore was a commit, but he was definitely a clemson lean until Bowden got canned.

I might be wrong on this.

just thinking about him in orange makes me sick, i think he made the right choice with USC...and i dont think he ever commited to clemson, he had a press conference and put on a USC hat if i remember correctly.

Ironically, 5 years later we've still never beaten Auburn

Also just read UA is recruiting him for CB.

Actually he went to Fork Union which is a prep school. Very big difference in both eligibility and how easy it is to flip a prospect. When a player goes to JUCO its like reopening the recruitment. When a player goes prep they normally are not only committed but the coaching staff attempts to keep them committed to the same school. We got both Ladi and Geathers that year. Ladi was VT and I believe Geathers was UGA.

Wasn't Kyle Nunn committed to VT as well? Seems like I remember him being committed elsewhere then switching to us close to signing day.

Also, wasn't Kyle Harris committed to GT before switching to us?

He was placed at prep not near the same as JUCO
